"Really professional staff"
The staff were genuinely nice and helpful. it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due, they treated people properly and handled everything in a professional way.

"Okay selection, but I wasn’t totally impressed"
The shows were decent enough, but the selection felt a bit limited for my taste. I found a couple things to watch, though I wasn’t really sure the overall quality was consistently there. It’s fine, but I’d like to see more variety.

"Decent, but I expected clearer instructions"
It’s an okay subscription if you’re going to shows often, but I still felt like some events were a bit pricey. I used it a few times and it worked fine, just nothing that really wowed me. I also wish the instructions were clearer upfront, especially around how to use it and what’s actually included

"Pretty decent overall, just not mind-blowing"
I’d say it’s good about 7 times out of 10. It does the job and I’m mostly happy with it, but the performance feels a little uneven here and there. Not bad at all, just not something I’d call amazing

"I went to an event through Center..."
I went to an event through Center Theatre Group, it turned out to be a good night overall. The emails had the info I needed, and the staff were helpful once I was getting in. That said, the line at the beginning moved slowly, and the signs weren’t super clear, so I did feel like I was stuck figuring things out more than I should’ve had to. Once I finally got inside, everything went smoothly and I enjoyed the event

"I ended up getting good..."
I ended up getting good seats and didn’t feel like I had to overspend to make it happen. I know everyone has a different idea of what’s “worth it,” but for what I got, I felt like the price was reasonable.

"clear Policy, kinda strict"
I made sure to check the refund and exchange rules before I bought anything. It’s all clear on the site, but a little strict if your plans change Last minute. I did like that exchanges seem possible as long as you follow the steps early enough. not perfect, but Fair enough and easy to understand.

"Helpful ushers and an easy visit"
The usher helped us find our seats really quickly, which made the whole visit smooth. Wandering around trying to figure it out ourselves would’ve been unnecessary

"Pretty easy buying tickets"
I bought tickets on centertheatregroup.org and, it was smooth. Picking seats was easy, checkout didn’t give me any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I’d definitely use it again.

"Crowd control was solid"
The crowd was managed better than I expected. Nice. The lines kept moving at a decent pace, which made things feel smooth overall. The only hiccup was near the doors, where it got a little confusing. Weird. But the staff jumped in quickly and helped point people the right way, so it wasn’t a big deal.

"Support was quick to respond"
I had a question and support got back to me the same day, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a totally perfect process, but nothing major, and they helped me get it figured out.

The bathrooms were actually really clean, which I always notice right away. The sinks weren’t gross, the floors weren’t sticky, the stalls looked taken care of, and there wasn’t that weird bathroom smell you sometimes get in public restrooms. Even the mirrors and counters looked decent. It just felt like someone was keeping up with it, which I really appreciated

The discounts are nice and I’ve definitely saved a little here and there, but for what it costs I was kind of hoping there would be more perks included, because right now it feels useful but not super exciting, like it’s okay to have if you already shop here a lot but I’m not totally sure it feels worth it on its own.

"Good seats, view was pretty much right"
I used centertheatregroup.org before we went, mostly to look at the show stuff and figure out the seats situation. The sightlines info was actually more helpful than I thought it would be, like I could kind of picture what we were going to see from there. Our seats ended up being pretty much what I had in my head, so that was nice. No strange surprise view or anything like that. The site was also easy enough to use, not fancy maybe, but it did the thing I needed.

"How were the actors this good??"
I went last weekend the acting was seriously impressive. Everyone felt like a real person, not like they were trying too hard or overdoing it. A couple of scenes actually gave me chills?? I’d absolutely go again just to see that cast perform.
